Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns, for any reason, within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
If you are unhappy, please contact us first via the contact form below and explain the issue with your order.
By contacting us first, we may be able to work an agreement together such as a partial refund or partial return, depending on the situation. We still offer a 30 day – no matter what – return policy.
If you would like to return the product, please contact us via the contact form below – and we will respond within 24 hours with a QR code image that you will take to your local Post Office and have them print the return label.
Please package your return as carefully as you have received it.
Refunds
Our Promise – we will issue a full refund if you send the item back in the same condition within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. We count the day of USPS delivery scan as day 0, and stop counting when the item is handed back to the USPS Post Office. Same condition should mean that all the pieces are present, and it is generally not worse or different than what we sent.
There are some instances where we may issue a partial refund – such as if you send a different item, all the pieces are not present, or any situation where the return item is substantially different than the item sent.
We are not such sticklers for details, generally – if you are unhappy with the item, and send it back to us fairly – we will give all of your money back. We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the return package.

Received Order –> Contact Us –> Receive return QR Code by email within 24 hours –> Take package to Post Office –> Show the QR code to have a return label printed –> Wait for return item to be received by us –> Up to 48 hours –> Refund.
